How to Identify the Quality of Acrylic Sheet

1, Observation 

Observe whether the acrylic surface is fade or has low gloss problem.  

2, Combustion  

You can take a small piece of acrylic for combustion, if it burns up quickly, that means acrylic quality is not qualified.  

3. Translucency  

Check the light transmission of the acrylic sheet with the white light through the acrylic. Good quality acrylic sheet has high transmittance, it is white after passing through, if it is yellow or blue, it means that the quality is not good.  

 4, Pasting

Paste two acrylic sheet together. It will be difficult to separate them for poor quality acrylic after hot melt, On the contrary, it will be easy to separate them for good quality acrylic.
